my 30'000 dissapired whilst i was AFK and that is why i have no evidence to show i lost the amount.

you will need evidence in the future but
Your Compensation Report Has Been Accepted Your Account Will Be Comped Within 24 Hours

This was accepted because it is a known bug I've personally lost 15k from this bug.
